    Nepal Rastra Bank Announces Today’s Official Foreign Exchange Rates

    According to Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate for one US dollar has been set at NPR 139.79 and the selling rate at NPR 140.39.

    Nepal Rastra Bank has determined today’s foreign currency exchange rates. As per the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar stands at NPR 139.79 and the selling rate at NPR 140.39.

    The buying rate for one euro is NPR 163.35 and the selling rate is NPR 164.05; for one UK pound sterling, the buying rate is NPR 189.82 and the selling rate NPR 190.64; and for one Swiss franc, the buying rate is NPR 173.45 and the selling rate NPR 174.19.

    For one Australian dollar, the buying rate is NPR 91.21 and the selling rate NPR 91.60; for one Canadian dollar, the buying rate is NPR 101.42 and the selling rate NPR 101.85; and for one Singapore dollar, the buying rate is NPR 109.11 and the selling rate NPR 109.58.

    For 10 Japanese yen, the buying rate is NPR 9.54 and the selling rate NPR 9.58; for one Chinese yuan, the buying rate is NPR 19.50 and the selling rate NPR 19.58; for one Saudi Arabian riyal, the buying rate is NPR 37.26 and the selling rate NPR 37.42; and for one Qatari riyal, the buying rate is NPR 38.36 and the selling rate NPR 38.52.

    According to the central bank, the buying rate for one Thai baht is NPR 4.32 and the selling rate NPR 4.33; for one UAE dirham, the buying rate is NPR 38.06 and the selling rate NPR 38.22; for one Malaysian ringgit, the buying rate is NPR 33.18 and the selling rate NPR 33.33; for 100 South Korean won, the buying rate is NPR 10.08 and the selling rate NPR 10.13; for one Swedish krona, the buying rate is NPR 14.61 and the selling rate NPR 14.67; and for one Danish krone, the buying rate is NPR 21.89 and the selling rate NPR 21.98.

    Nepal Rastra Bank has set the buying rate for one Hong Kong dollar at NPR 17.83 and the selling rate at NPR 17.90; for one Kuwaiti dinar, the buying rate is NPR 457.80 and the selling rate NPR 459.77; for one Bahraini dinar, the buying rate is NPR 370.77 and the selling rate NPR 372.36; and for one Omani rial, the buying rate is NPR 363.09 and the selling rate NPR 364.64.

    For 100 Indian rupees, the buying rate is NPR 160.00 and the selling rate NPR 160.15.

    The central bank has stated that these exchange rates may be revised at any time as required. It has also noted that the rates set by commercial banks may differ, and that the latest official exchange rates are available on the central bank’s website.
