A Romanian technology startup has launched AdMove, an artificial intelligence-driven platform designed to automate paid social media campaigns for Shopify merchants. The tool aims to help small and medium-sized e-commerce businesses overcome the growing burden of digital advertising by streamlining creative production and campaign management.

The launch of AdMove represents a significant shift in the accessibility of advanced advertising technology. Traditionally, tools for automated campaign execution and creative generation were reserved for large agencies or multinational brands with substantial budgets. Smaller e-commerce players, however, have often struggled to keep pace, spending long hours manually editing content and managing ad logistics.

According to industry surveys, around 60% of online retail brands report difficulty in producing new creatives quickly enough to remain competitive. This shortfall frequently results in declining returns on ad spend (ROAS), as outdated content leads to reduced engagement and wasted budgets.

AdMove enters the market as a fully autonomous marketing agent tailored for the Shopify ecosystem. Its founders say the platform is designed to eliminate the creative bottlenecks that hinder growth for lean e-commerce teams.

“Most small and medium-sized brands lack the creative firepower of global advertisers, yet they compete on the same platforms,” said Gery Meleg, co-founder of AdMove. “AdMove gives them tools that were once out of reach, so they can focus on growing their business rather than cutting clips or resizing images.”

Daniel Demian, AdMove’s other co-founder, added, “We wanted to give them their time back, while also ensuring that campaigns deliver higher ROAS through consistently refreshed and relevant creatives.”

    How AdMove Works

The platform operates by integrating directly with a user’s Shopify store. With a single click, merchants can import product listings, SKUs, customer reviews, and media assets. AdMove’s AI agents then generate a range of marketing materials—including video ads, influencer-style user-generated content (UGC), scripts, and static visuals—optimized for platforms like Meta and TikTok.

Campaigns can be launched within minutes, bypassing the traditional delays associated with manual editing and production. Once live, AdMove continues to manage the campaign autonomously, handling budget allocation, performance tracking, and strategic adjustments. The system continuously tests creative variations and reallocates resources to ensure campaigns remain effective over time.

This end-to-end automation—from concept to conversion—is positioned as a breakthrough in the practical application of AI for marketing. It allows brands to maintain creative quality while reducing the need for human intervention in repetitive tasks.

    Meeting Market Demands

The platform’s release comes at a time when digital marketers face increasing pressure to produce fresh content and adapt quickly to changing consumer behavior. Ad fatigue, where audiences become disengaged due to repetitive or stale ads, is a growing concern. AdMove addresses this by automating creative refresh cycles and using AI to test multiple variations at scale.

Early adopters have reported notable improvements in efficiency and performance. According to company data, users experienced a fivefold reduction in time spent on ad production, a 62% decrease in manual edits, and up to a 37% increase in ROAS.

    Future Developments

While the current version of AdMove supports AI-generated creatives and one-click campaign launches on Meta and TikTok, the company has plans to expand its capabilities. Future updates will introduce additional AI agents focused on advanced strategy, full-funnel reporting, and deeper optimization features.

“Our vision is a world where launching an ad campaign is as easy as opening an online store,” said Demian.

Headquartered in Oradea, Romania, AdMove is now available to Shopify merchants globally. The company is backed by Azerion, a publicly traded European digital entertainment and media platform, which provides strategic support and resources.
