The Great Kabab Factory Kathmandu has officially launched its first-ever event in Nepal, bringing a flavorful experience to food lovers at the Radisson Hotel & Residences Kathmandu. The four-day pop-up runs from June 5 to 8, offering a rich menu of North Indian cuisine.

Famous for its signature kababs, the Indian specialty restaurant chain is serving a prix-fixe menu that includes unlimited servings of kababs, curries, biryanis, breads, and desserts. Dinner service begins at 6:30 PM each evening.

With a legacy of over 26 years and more than 22 outlets worldwide, The Great Kabab Factory (TGKF) is known for its treasure trove of over 450 kabab recipes. This Kathmandu pop-up is its first appearance in Nepal, giving local diners a unique chance to experience the brand’s signature dishes.

The curated menu reflects TGKF’s dedication to authenticity, blending traditional flavors with modern presentation. Diners can expect a rotating selection of kababs, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, paired with rich gravies, aromatic rice, fresh breads, and classic Indian sweets.

This event not only marks a milestone for TGKF’s international expansion but also offers Kathmandu’s culinary scene a taste of India’s famed hospitality and spice-rich cuisine.

Food lovers looking to enjoy this limited-time experience can visit Radisson Kathmandu before the pop-up ends on June 8.
