K3C and SeedLegals unite to streamline startup growth across Europe with integrated legal and sales solutions
In a strategic move aimed at accelerating startup success across Europe, Go-To-Market (GTM) software provider K3C has partnered with legal tech platform SeedLegals to offer founders a unified ecosystem for building, funding, and scaling their businesses. The collaboration sees K3C join the newly launched SeedLegals Partner Marketplace as the first partner in the Sales and CRM category, alongside global CRM leader HubSpot.
The partnership reflects a growing trend in Europe’s startup landscape, where legal, funding, and commercial growth tools are increasingly integrated to support founders from ideation to international expansion. With the European Union’s Start-up & Scale-up Strategy announced earlier this year, the timing of this alliance aligns with broader policy efforts to improve access to funding and operational infrastructure for early-stage companies.
SeedLegals, trusted by over 100,000 founders and investors across the UK, USA, France, and Ireland, has facilitated more than £2.5 billion in funding rounds. Its platform is widely recognized for simplifying legal processes such as equity rounds, share option schemes, and compliance. The addition of K3C’s LeanGTM platform now extends SeedLegals’ capabilities into commercial acceleration, offering founders enterprise-level GTM systems without the overhead.
James Clark, CEO of K3C, emphasized the mission behind the partnership: “Our mission has always been to give startups access to enterprise-grade go-to-market infrastructure without the overhead. Joining the SeedLegals marketplace allows us to reach more founders, more efficiently, and support them with intelligent systems that evolve as they grow.”
K3C’s LeanGTM platform is a SaaS-based GTM-as-a-Service solution that combines automation, AI, and human expertise to help startups build scalable sales systems. It integrates with major CRM platforms like HubSpot, enabling founders to manage customer interactions with precision—from initial discovery to deal closure.
Liliana Conrad, Head of Partnerships at SeedLegals, noted the strategic fit: “Our clients don’t just look for funding or legal support. They want partners who can actively shorten their journey to market traction. K3C brings a level of GTM sophistication that aligns perfectly with our mission to make startup growth both structured and scalable.”
The partnership also offers SeedLegals clients access to K3C’s expertise in sales process auditing, CRM setup, and regional market expansion. LeanGTM enhances CRM platforms by using AI-driven insights to enable personalized, data-informed outreach—an essential capability for resource-constrained startups.
Sarah Montgomery, CEO of sustainability startup Infyos, shared her experience: “Getting to a repeatable GTM process that scales our outreach while preserving founder time is one of the biggest challenges we face. Working with K3C allowed us to move from ad hoc outreach to a structured, measurable, and data-enriched process that drives real results.”
Infyos has leveraged both SeedLegals’ legal services and K3C’s LeanGTM platform alongside HubSpot’s CRM tools, forming a three-tiered ecosystem that supports compliance and growth. Such integrations are expected to become more common as startups seek unified technology stacks that deliver operational efficiency and insight-driven growth.
Notably, K3C is not only a SeedLegals partner but also a customer, currently preparing its EIS funding round through the SeedLegals platform. This dual role reinforces the authenticity of the collaboration and highlights a shared commitment to building community trust and founder-centric solutions.
“This partnership is about investing in Europe’s founders,” Clark added. “It’s about making sure they have access to the systems, data, and partners that can help them scale sustainably and intelligently.”
